Delete your account

You can delete your Mortar & Moon account and all its data at any time. This is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Mortar & Moon and go to More > Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.

Your account and everything in it are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@mortarandmoon.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, spells, photos and screenshots, notes, folders, pantry, Need list, calendar picks and "how it went" logs.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing is kept after deletion, except backup copies, which are cleared within 30 days. Any payment records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Want a copy first? In the app, go to Settings > Export everything before you delete.
